You cannot cancel your order yourself, but of course we can help you. The order can only be canceled before it has been shipped and before our warehouse has started working on the order. After that we cannot guarantee a cancellation. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation by email. If you have requested a cancellation after the order has been shipped, you must return it for a refund instead. Contact us for help.
You must contact us to change your delivery address. The shipping address can only be changed before your order has been shipped. Unfortunately, you cannot update your shipping address after the order has been placed.
No, you can choose to have different addresses for shipping and billing.
Payment
All prices in the store are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT. We reserve the right to change the prices in the e-shop without prior notice.
We offer credit cards as a payment method in all countries.

When placing an order, you can immediately check security validity by clicking on the VERISIGN logo at checkout. To ensure that your information is kept private, we do not process or store any payment information in our database.
When you place an order with us, we authorize the payment method you used and the funds are temporarily reserved.
Once your order has been shipped, the money will be deducted from your account.
If your order attempt was rejected, it can often be due to your bank. We suggest you contact your bank or card issuing company to ask if they have any kind of hold on your card. If you get a new error message, contact us.

Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship worldwide, at checkout you can select your shipping country.
The goods are sent with UPS Express Saver. Normal delivery time is:
Sweden: 2-3 days Europe: 3-5 days Global: 5-14 days
Until the order is received and confirmed.
As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation by email with your tracking number. You can click on the tracking number in this email to see where your shipment is. You can also easily track your order on its way to you by entering your tracking number on the courier's website.
Exchanges & Returns
If you are not satisfied with something you ordered, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving the item, provided the item has not been used. Right of withdrawal applies to everything in the store. You are responsible for the return postage yourself when you send an item back. Returned garment must be in acceptable condition and it is Amoress Stockholm who decides. So that the product can be sold to the next customer.
Recalls, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for custom product orders.
